XZ15T-16Q信号丝扣闸阀是一种结合了信号反馈功能的丝扣铜芯闸阀，其阀体采用球墨铸铁铸造，阀板与阀杆则采用黄铜材质。主要用于消防系统和其他需要直观显示阀门开启程度的场合。其工作原理是通过转动手轮，利用手轮与阀杆的螺纹进行进退运动，从而提升或下降与阀杆连接的阀板，达到开启和关闭的作用。此外，信号丝扣闸阀还配备了电信号装置，当转动手轮启闭闸阀时，信号装置会输出对应闸阀启闭位置的“通”、“断”电信号，便于远程监控和操作。广泛用于石油、化工、制药、电力等行业，在水、空气、油品类介质的管路上作启闭用。
