Product Features

• The valve seat features a flat bottom design without recesses, matching the full bore diameter of the valve body. This prevents debris accumulation, ensuring unobstructed fluid flow.
• The valve body and bonnet are coated with epoxy resin both inside and out. The valve body is thickened to prevent cracking or peeling during use.
• The valve plate surface is fully covered with rubber, which is firmly bonded to the core frame, ensuring it does not easily detach and maintaining excellent elasticity.
• The upper seal between the valve stem and bonnet employs three O-ring rubber seals, ensuring smooth stem rotation, reliable sealing, and extended service life.
• The valve body is cast to perfectly match the valve plate, ensuring excellent sealing performance and interchangeability.
