We provide regular production photos and videos taken at our factories, and keep you updated on progress throughout the process until shipment.

Factory‑stocked standard valves have no strict MOQ. Customized models require a minimum order of 5–10 units per model. Mixed container loading with various types, sizes, and materials is our core advantage, which makes it convenient for distributors to combine orders for replenishment, reducing procurement costs and inventory pressure.

Warranty term: 12 months after shipment date.
Within the warranty period, if the valve body, trim, or stem have quality defects under normal working conditions, the factory will supply free replacement parts. Consumable spare parts, including gaskets, packing, and O‑rings, are wearing parts and are not covered under the free warranty.

We cooperate with multiple professional freight forwarders to arrange sea shipping, air shipping and international express (DHL/FedEx/UPS). Door-to-port, door-to-door and delivery to designated overseas warehouses are supported; cargo insurance can be purchased on request.

Small valves use shockproof foam + export cartons. Large heavy valves adopt heat-fumigated solid wooden cases meeting international shipping standards. All valve bodies are coated with anti-rust oil; flanges are sealed with plastic caps to prevent rust, dust and collision damage during long sea transit.

In-stock valves can be dispatched within 3–7 working days after deposit. Standard mass-produced valves take 15–20 working days. Complex customized valves with actuators or special materials require 25–40 working days. We will update production schedule weekly during peak manufacturing seasons.

We are a professional electric valve manufacturer based in Wuxi, China, with our own production workshop. In addition to our in-house manufacturing, we also maintain long-term cooperative relationships with several valve foundries and processing factories across China to expand our production capacity and product variety. We coordinate unified procurement, standardized quality inspection, documentation, and export arrangements across all our partner factories, ensuring consistent quality control. We serve as your one‑stop procurement partner in China, helping you select qualified suppliers, avoid substandard ones, consolidate orders, and handle all export formalities. Factory tours and video walkthroughs of our own plant as well as partner facilities are available upon request.

If errors are caused by our order arrangement or factory production faults, we arrange free resending or replacement of goods. All resulting transportation costs are borne by us.

Regular bulk orders adopt T/T: 30% deposit upon order confirmation, balance paid before shipment. Irrevocable sight L/C is acceptable for large long-term orders. PayPal and Western Union are only available for small sample payments.

We commonly quote FOB Xiamen/Quanzhou, while EXW, CIF, CFR, DDP terms are all negotiable. Our quotation lists item cost, export packing cost clearly. Ocean freight, air freight and insurance are listed separately. There are no hidden handling fees or service charges.

Normally we use shipment to transprot the goods.It is about 7-14 days. It also denpends on which coutry and port you are. It could be shorter if you need to send the goods like Asian. If there are some emergencies we can send the goods via air express, as long as you afford the traffic expense.

After you place a order,the production handling time is about 7-15 days. We need 7 days to prepare all the stuff then 15 days for manufacturing.

Yes, each valve will be packed with guarantee card to make sure the validation of warranty.

Yes. Our team fully handles all export customs paperwork: commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin CO, FORM E, FORM A. We assist with embassy legalization, consulate certification required by Middle East, South America and other regions. All documents are issued legally to guarantee smooth customs clearance.

We usually quote within 12 hours after we get your inquiry. If you are very urgent to get the price, please call us or tell us in your email so that we will regard your inquiry priority.

After you pay the sample charge and send us confirmed files, the samples will be ready for delivery in 3-7 days. The samples will be sent to you via express and arrive in 3-5 workdays. You can use your own express account or prepay us if you do not have an account.

Samples can be arranged at factory cost price. Shipping cost is on customer’s account (freight collect). Once you place formal bulk orders reaching agreed quantity, we fully refund the sample cost.
